How do I place an order?

am to 5 pm PST, and closed on Saturday and Sunday.
Method of payment?
We accept Visa & Mastercard. We will not
ship individual orders COD. We can send you a bill
showing all charges (including freight) that can then be
paid prior to shipment. California residents must add 8.25% sales tax.
Foreign orders must be in paid with credit card or U.S. funds drawn on a U.S. bank.
What's the warranty?
FlowKooler warrants the products to be free from defects
in both workmanship and material, provided that the product
is properly installed, subjected to normal use and service
and that the product is not modified or changed in any way,
nor damaged because of negligence by customer or installer
or used for racing or competition purposes.
The FlowKooler Warranty is null and void if the product
is altered in any way and/or used for racing. This warranty
does not apply to any product where failure is a result of
misapplication, improper use, or maintenance, nor is there
any warranty expressed or implied as to the
merchandisability of the product. Our sole obligation on all
products shall be to repair or replace the product.
Warranty covers only the product itself and not the cost
of installation or removal. FlowKooler is not liable for
labor, special or consequential damages, and under no
circumstances any charges in excess of the invoice amount of
the product proven to be defective.
All warranty return claims must be accompanied by a
verifiable receipt of purchase from either FlowKooler or one
of our authorized dealers. All warranty return claims
require a Return Goods Authorization number (or RGA #). You
must call in advance to received an RGA #. Returns must be
shipped via prepaid freight to

Upon our inspection, all warranty return claims with
verifiable receipt within one year of purchase will be
replaced one for one, and returned to the claimant's
shipping address at no charge via regular ground service.
Any special freight is claimant's responsibility, less
normal ground service rate.

replaced one for one, but all freight and COD cash only
collect charges will be the claimant's responsibility.
This FlowKooler Lifetime Warranty summation supersedes
all past FlowKooler warranty policies. All policies and
prices are subject to change without notice. |
